A2: For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days, for batch it is 20~30 working days after your payment. It depends on the quantity.

Q3. Can we get your free samples?
A3: 1). For stock products, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.
2). For new products or customized products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Please understand we send many samples each month, so we have pretty nice discounts from the DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will offer for your confirmation before sample departing. I will take a photo before sample delivery too.
